To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@spidergenix.com. Please provide your request, your customer order number, and any other relevant information.  Once you have contacted our support center with a refund request, we will email you the address where your returns should be sent to, which may vary depending on your location.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.  There are no restocking fees.  There are no final sale items i.e. all items sold are eligible for our 30-day return policy.

We do not issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

Order Cancellations
If your order has been paid and you would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.


Damages and issues
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
